As a landmark in the thriving Town Center of Virginia Beach, the Armada Hoffler Tower is a cornerstone of a visionary mixed-use community. While the 23-story office tower defines the skyline, our team played a pivotal role in the adjacent 342-unit residential complex. We were responsible for all the interior and exterior finishes, showcasing our full-spectrum capabilities in a single project. Our work included every detail from the interior of the residential units to the exterior of the five-story garage, retail space, and the complex’s pool house, ensuring a unified and high-quality aesthetic throughout.
